Dear BSNL Customers,

BSNL is a strategic partner of Government of India in providing state-of-the-art telecom services in all parts of the country including the most challenging ones in the remote corners. BSNL, a hundred percent owned PSU of Government of India, not only provides complete bouquet of telecom services in all parts of the country, but also competing fiercely in telecom market and successfully sustaining the revenue stream and increasing market share. Our motto is to serve our customers with affordable price, transparency and with a smile.

                           In Fiber to the Home (FTTH) service we have been able to reach more than 2700 towns in the country to connect our customers on the National Digital Highway resulting in unprecedented data growth in this sector. Connecting the home in rural areas on internet through Bharatnet Initiative has started on a very encouraging note and this will drive the digital growth in the rural areas.

                           BSNL has already launched 4G in select cities/ towns and now we aspire to cover many more cities, highways with indigenously designed/ manufactured 4G in a big way. This shall give a big boost to ‘ Make in India’ initiative of Government of India. In the Enterprise segment, BSNL has been providing the customized solutions to meet the requirement of our esteemed customers in every category of enterprise customers. We have also deployed Captive Non-Private Network (CNPN) using 5G technology for providing customized tailor made requirements like control over data, security and networks for the enterprise/industry.

                          BSNL also continuously upgrading the skills of our employee work force through mission Karmyogi initiative of the Government of India, making them ready to meet the customer’s expectations of today and tomorrow.
