How to Use

Download and Insall:
Download My BSNL App from App Store i.e, Google Play / Windows Store and get installed.
Registration:
Accept the Terms & Conditions. Enter Contact Details : Mobile Number and email ID.

1.     Basic Operations.

·         After Successful installation, BSNL icon will appear on the screen.

·         Accept the Terms & Conditions.

·         Enter the Contact Details.

·         Click on BSNL icon to explore My BSNL App.

·         Postpaid (Landline / GSM/CDMA/WiMAX):

o    To Check your outstanding bill amount

o    To Pay Bills

o    To get Payment receipt to your contact details mentioned in profile.

·         Prepaid(GSM):

o    To Check your balance

o    To Topup any BSNL Mobile Number.

o    To load STV, Plan / Migration Voucher.

o    To get Payment receipt to your contact details mentioned in profile.

 

Landline Bill Payment:

a)      Click on Landline icon in Home screen.

b)      Enter the Phone number and Account number and click on ‘Submit’.

c)      The billing details will be displayed on the screen.

d)     Click on ‘Pay Now’ for Payment.

e)      Select the desired payment option i.e., Credit/Debit/Cash cards/Net banking/Pay through IMPS.

f)       Complete the Payment in the Bank’s website.

g)      A receipt for successful payment will be displayed on screen and a confirmation issued through SMS.

h)      A receipt in PDF format also will be sent through email.

 

·         Postpaid:

·         GSM Bill Payment:

a)      Click on Mobile icon in Home screen.

b)      Select the service as ‘Mobile’.

c)      Enter the Postpaid Mobile number, Account number and click on ‘Submit’.

d)     The billing details will be displayed on the screen.

e)      Click on ‘Pay Now’ for Payment.

f)       Select the desired payment option i.e., Credit/Debit/Cash cards/Net banking/Pay through IMPS.

g)      Complete the Payment in the Bank’s website.

h)      A receipt for successful payment will be displayed on screen and a confirmation issued through SMS.

i)        A receipt in PDF format also will be sent through email.

 

·         CDMA Bill Payment:

a)      Click on Mobile Icon in Home screen.

b)      Select the service as ‘CDMA’.

c)      Enter the CDMA number and Account number and click on ‘Submit’.

d)     The billing details will be displayed on the screen.

e)      Click on ‘Pay Now’ for Payment.

f)       Select the desired payment option i.e., Credit/Debit/Cash cards/Net banking/Pay through IMPS.

g)      Complete the Payment in the Bank’s website.

h)      A receipt for successful payment will be displayed on screen and a confirmation issued through SMS.

i)        A receipt in PDF format also will be sent through email.

 

·         WiMAX Bill Payment:

a)      Click on Mobile Icon in Home screen.

b)      Select the service as ‘WiMAX’.

c)      Enter the WiMAX User ID and Account number and click on ‘Submit’.

d)     The billing details will be displayed on the screen.

e)      Click on ‘Pay Now’ for Payment.

f)       Select the desired payment option i.e., Credit/Debit/Cash cards/Net banking/Pay through IMPS.

g)      Complete the Payment in the Bank’s website.

h)      A receipt for successful payment will be displayed on screen and a confirmation issued through SMS.

i)         A receipt in PDF format also will be sent through email.

 

·         Prepaid:

·         Talk time TopUp

a)      Click on Prepaid Icon in Home screen.

b)      Enter the BSNL Prepaid mobile number.

c)      Select the General TopUP / Flexi TopUp option.

d)     Enter / select the required amount (Minimum of Rs.50 and Maximum of Rs.5000 in multiples of Rs.10).

e)      Displays Account details like Validity, Balance and selected voucher.

f)       Click on ‘Proceed for Payment

g)      Select the desired payment option i.e., Credit/Debit/Cash cards/Net banking/Pay through IMPS.

h)      Complete the Payment in the Bank’s website.

i)        A receipt for successful payment will be displayed on screen and a confirmation issued through SMS.

j)        A receipt in PDF format also will be sent through email.

 

·         Special Tariff Voucher:

a)      Click on Prepaid Icon in Home screen.

b)      Click on ‘STV’ tab.

c)      Select the desired option among 1.Data 2.Voice 3.ISD 4.SMS 5.Others.

d)     Scroll down and Select the required Voucher.

e)      Click on ‘Submit’.

f)       Displays Account Details like Validity, Balance and selected voucher.

g)      Click on ‘Proceed for Payment’.

h)      Select the desired payment option i.e., Credit/Debit/Cash cards/Net banking/Pay through IMPS.

i)        Complete the Payment in the Bank’s website.

j)        A receipt for successful payment will be displayed on screen and a confirmation issued through SMS.

k)      A receipt in PDF format also will be sent through email.

 

·         Plan / Migration Voucher:

a)      Click on Prepaid Icon in Home screen.

b)      Click on ‘PLAN’ tab.

c)      Select the desired option among 1. Validity Extension 2.Migration.

d)     Scroll down and Select the required Voucher.

e)      Click on ‘Submit’.

f)       Displays Account Details like Validity, Balance and selected voucher.

g)      Click on ‘Proceed for Payment’.

h)      Select the desired payment option i.e., Credit/Debit/Cash cards/Net banking/Pay through IMPS.

i)        Complete the Payment in the Bank’s website.

j)        A receipt for successful payment will be displayed on screen and a confirmation issued through SMS.

k)      A receipt in PDF format also will be sent through email.

 

3.           Manage Accounts.

a)      You can Add / Delete an account related to Landline / Mobile.

b)      Simply click on the available account under the service, to view the bill details instantaneously.

c)       Click on ‘Pay Now’ for payment.

d)     Also the App remembers all the successful bill enquiries; hence no need to enter the details subsequently.
