Our Objective
BSNL aims to establish a strong presence as an Integrated Business Solution Provider by offering end-to-end solutions that integrate advanced technology, workspace automation, and cloud services. Our objective goes beyond simply supplying software—we aim to become partners in a company's digital journey, helping them simplify operations, reduce costs, and foster innovation.
BSNL will collaborate with industry partners through non-exclusive, open-ended Expressions of Interest (EOI). These partnerships will operate on a revenue-share model, contingent on partners meeting the stipulated experience and eligibility requirements.
Eligibility Requirements
Criteria for becoming an Integrated Business Solution Partner (IBSP)
Legal Status of Applicant
The applicant must be a legally registered entity in India: Proprietorship Firm / Partnership Firm / LLP / Private Limited Company / Public Limited Company / Startups.
Turnover Requirement
The applicant must have an average annual turnover of ₹1 Crore in the last three financial years (excluding current FY).
*Note: Startups registered during the current or immediately preceding financial year may be exempted from this requirement.
GST & Tax Compliance
The applicant must possess and maintain a valid GST Registration and PAN.
Operational Capability
- The IBSP should be capable of deploying manpower and executing services PAN India.
- The IBSP must provide a 24x7 Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for service coordination and issue resolution.
Security Compliance & Certifications
Option 1: Third-Party Cloud Platforms
In case the IBSP wishes to provide services through third-party cloud platforms, Cloud Service Provider (CSP) empanelment from MeitY (Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology) shall be required.
Option 2: Own ICT/Cloud Platform
Certificates required as per the guidelines issued by MeitY:
- ISO/IEC 27001 – Information Security Management
- ISO/IEC 20000 – IT Service Management
- ISO/IEC 27017 – Cloud Security
- ISO/IEC 27018 – Privacy for Cloud Services
- Tier III or Tier IV certification (Data Centers)
- STQC Audit Compliance
- CERT-In empanelment
F.A.Q.
- Proprietorship Firm / Partnership Firm / LLP / Pvt. Ltd. / Public Ltd. Company / Startups.
- Must be registered in India, GST & PAN compliant.
- Turnover: ₹1 Cr average in last 3 FYs (waived for startups).
- Must have PAN India operational capability and a 24x7 SPOC/helpdesk.
- Required certifications (ISO/IEC, CERT-In, MeitY empanelment, Tier III/IV DC) depending on service type.
Two delivery models:
- Enterprise Lite: Ala-carte service selection via IBS online portal (instant booking, payment, service assignment).
- Enterprise Pro: Customized solutions after requirement assessment (proposal-based, via BSNL circles).
