How to get OneIndia Plan
BSNL has announced a new
One India tariff
plan with effect from 1st March 2006. New as well as existing customers can avail this plan by any of the following procedures :
 Tarang
(WLL) and 
B-Fone (Basic Phone)
Customers :
 Cellone
(Post Paid) Customers :
 Excel
(Pre Paid) Customers :
Customers can recharge with "OneIndia Voucher" which will change the category of
a prepaid Customers to OneIndia plan. Following are the features of the scheme
for prepaid Customers :

Customers will be required to recharge with a special coupon of Rs. 799. They
will get a talk time of Rs. 550
-
Validity will become 30days from the date of recharge irrespective of original
validity.

Credit clearance period will be 7 days.

Customers will be able to recharge with specified voucher for this class or top
up vouchers, but not with any other recharge voucher.

Customers will have different tariff i.e.
OneIndia tariff.

Migration from OneIndia to any other class is not allowed at present.
