CellOne post paid service Plan-140 which was available only in Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Tamilnadu, Punjab, and Gujarat circle has been extended to Kerala and Karnataka circles also with effect from 24th December 2004. This plan will be applicable upto 28th February 2005.
