In our endeavor to improve Customer friendly telecom services, application forms for New Regular Telephone Connection, Temporary Telephone Connection, Shifting of Telephones and Add-on Facilities have been simplified. These forms can be downloaded and used.

The photocopies of these forms as well as printed copies downloaded from the web site would be accepted from the customers.

With a view to simplify and offer customer friendly services, more than one Bfone connections can be applied on a single application form. Accordingly, a single demand note would be issued to the customer in respect of all the connections applied for.
