In the enterprise segment, we have launched Managed Network Services for MPLS and Internet connectivity with 24 X 7 proactive monitoring and guaranteed SLA on OPEX model. We have also launched Global MNS for MPLS connectivity for customers across the globe and “Business Mail” for seamless access to mail from their office desktop, home and Mobile (Smart Phone) with guaranteed uptime. A number of other new initiatives are also being taken for the benefit of our enterprise customers.

BSNL has been instrumental in unleashing growth and prosperity in rural areas through wireless broadband. Provision of high speed broadband connectivity at Common Service Centers in rural areas has facilitated the common man in various ways such as payment of utility bills, issue of birth certificates, verification of land records, vehicle registration etc. BSNL is also lending a helping hand to the State Governments in endeavors associated with e-Governance projects. We believe in inclusive growth of the economy which can be accelerated by reaching to rural masses. Backbone infrastructure is being created by us to provide broadband connectivity to Village Panchayats, Post Offices, Schools and Universities and Common Service Centres being set up by Department of Information Technology in the rural areas.

Customer convenience and delight has always been our primary focus. With a view to improve the customer services, we are in the process of extensively deploying IT tools in our network in the form of CDR and ERP projects. The objective is to facilitate online customer services and bring other benefits of integration of data and other services to our valued customers.
